Registration Florida, North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, Oregon and Mississippi Biographical Sketch I.S.K. Reeves V is the founding Principal of Architects Design Group, Inc., in Winter Park, Florida. As President and Principal Designer, he leads the design group. With a career spanning three decades, Reeves’ work results from an international perspective fostered by a culturally diverse staff and well-traveled life. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, the son of a Navy family from a tradition of career military officers going back to the Revolutionary War, Reeves has lived, worked, and traveled around the world including Cairo, Egypt, Rome, Italy, Kawajalein, The Marshall Islands, and in several locations throughout the United States. In 1962, Reeves was selected as one of 32 graduating architectural students from across the United States to serve in the Peace Corps in Tunis, Tunisia. There, he designed public facilities for a new city the “Nouveau Malassine” on the outskirts of Tunis. Since graduation from the University of Florida in 1964, Reeves has remained active in the University, lecturing at the School of Architecture and serving as a Juror of Student Projects and as a member of the University of Florida Architectural Liaison Committee. In 1997, Reeves received the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University Of Florida School of Architecture “In recognition of exceptional contribution to the architectural education and professional practice.” A resident of Winter Park, Florida, Reeves and his family have strong ties to the community through civic, artistic and professional endeavors. Through positions such as the former Chairman of the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council, past Vice Chairman of the Winter Park Planning and Zoning Commission and the Orange County Charter Review Committee, Reeves utilizes his architectural experience to benefit the community. As avid collectors of Native American Art, Keith and his wife Sara Reeves have loaned their collection to several museums on a pro-bono basis. Reeves also has held several leadership positions in the community including serving as the Former President of the Orlando Science Board of Trustees, President of the Central Florida Anthropological Society, member of the Maitland Art Center Board Council, and member of the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Committee for the Morse Museum. Through his research and lecture series on color, building survivability, and design excellence, Reeves has been a featured guest speaker at architectural schools, design conferences, and professional organizations. His work and that of ADG have been published nationally and internationally recognized with design awards on the local, state and national level. |

Kevin Ratigan,

Registration Florida Professional Associations American Institute of Architects International Association of Chiefs of Police Florida Sheriff's Association Florida Fire Chiefs Association Experience and Responsibilities Mr. Ratigan is Senior Vice President of Architects Design Group. As a Design Studio Director, he is responsible for the management of projects. On these projects he serves as the Project Architect. During his career, he has completed numerous projects for public sector clients including: master planning, strategic planning. Also, the design of a wide variety of law enforcement, public safety, fire stations, emergency operations centers, municipal complexes, public works complexes and cultural facilities. The focus of these projects often includes the integration of sustainable ("green") architectural design strategies. A graduate of the University of Detroit, Mr. Ratigan received a Master of Architecture degree. He is a registered Architect in Florida, Michigan, and with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He has served on the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Florida/Caribbean Region. Also, Mr. Ratigan has served on numerous committees for AIA Orlando and was elected President of the organization in the year 2000. Additionally, he has received recognition for his involvement with several civic programs. Mr. Ratigan brings a tailored approach to discovering the needs of the project. This insures design solutions unique and appropriate to the community in which the project serves. The process involves the client extensively during the updating of existing and projected facility spatial needs. This research is then calculated and analyzed against budgetary constraints and project complexity. Working with the design team, Kevin establishes the program plan and the design strategies which are implemented logically under budget and time restraints. As Project Manager several of the projects have received Awards for Design Excellence. Particular notice is recognized for the integration of energy conservation technologies and sustainable design principles. |

Experience and Responsibilties After receiving his degree from Virginia Tech, Mr. Gantt began practicing architecture in Virginia. Twenty five years later, he serves as a Project Architect for Architects Design Group, where he is resonsible for overseeing the programming, design and construction administration of various projects including public safety, fire, law enforcement, public works, municipal, cultural and historical facilities. Working with the overall team, Edmund establishes a program and overall design strategies that are easily and logically implemented, under budget and on time. Mr. Gantt continues to maintain his Virginia architectural registration, in addition to his Florida registration. |

Experience and Responsibilities Mrs. Gantt has been practicing architecture for more than 18 years in Florida. She has focused her skills on the design and the project delivery of public safety, cultural and other municipal work, as well as rehabilitation of historical properties and land use planning. Currently she serves as a Director of one of the Design Studios for Architects Design Group where she directs the Master Planning, Strategic Planning and design for a wide variety of building types including municipal, law enforcement, public safety, communications/dispatch and fire facilities. Mrs. Gantt also holds a General Contractors' license in the state of Florida. |

Experience and Responsibilities Ms. Nowacki has more than 12 years of architectural experience. She is involoved and assists in implementing the projects' scope and goals. She also works very closely with the client ensuring that the "Participatory Planning Process" that ADG utilizes results in a product that exemplifies design excellence while solving all program requirements. |

Experience and Responsibilities Mr. Tavenner has 38 years in Construction (35 years in Central Florida) as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Owner’s Representative on projects including schools, municipal buildings, hotels, stadiums, arenas and theme parks. His special area of expertise exists in Construction Quality Control and subcontractor management. As Director of Construction Administration, Mr. Tavenner facilitates the information flow from our Architectural staff to our clients and their construction teams. His experience in all facets of the construction process greatly assists our clients in experiencing successful, timely and cost effective projects. |

Experience and Responsibilties Selene Ramirez works on a variety of bulding types including public works, law enforcement, public safety, fire, and municipal facilities. As Project Manager, Ms. Ramirez works very closely with the client ensuring that the "Participatory Planning Process" that ADG utilizes results in a product that exemplifies design excellence while solving all program requirements. While the Design Department Manager for one of the largest housing development and project companies in Latin America, Corporacion Geo Veracruz, S.A. de C.V, Ms. Ramirez's tasks included marketing and research for the promotion and design of new residential prototypes, Urban Planning, construction documents and engineering of the prototypes and master plan, quality control and management during design and construction of the design and engineering department. Prior to joining ADG, Ms. Ramirez was a Project Architect with Grupo Diarq, S.A. de C.V.: and also an interim professor at Universidad Loyola del Pacifico-Mexico (Loyola University of the Pacific). |

Justine Jenkins |
Responsibilities Ms. Jenkins' responsibilities include working to develop and implement the firm's strategic marketing plan, including identifying and marketing projects. In addition, she is responsible for preparing RFP's, proposals and presentations, authoring and distributing press releases, and developing and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants. Ms. Jenkins also coordinates the annual public safety seminar, and she also attends conferences throughout the year. |

Experience and Responsibilities Ms. Samstag's responsibilities include preliminary design, specifications, finish selection, furniture selection, millwork detailing and design and construction documents. The nature of public facilities mandates that all furnishings, fixtures and equipment recommended and specified be durable for many years of use. In addition, because these clients are using tax dollars, the sensitivity is to specify cost effective materials which meet the firm's criteria for durability and ease of maintenance.. |
